AYN offers a custom fitting service for customers who would like adjustments to garment length, width, sleeve length, or other fit-related measurements.
To request a custom fit:
• Place a prepaid order (Cash on Delivery orders are not eligible for customization).
• Email your Order Number along with your required measurements to houseofayn@gmail.com before production begins.
• Our team may contact you if additional information is required before your garment enters production
As each customized garment is tailored specifically to the customer’s measurements, customized orders are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect.
