At AYN, every garment is produced on a made-to-order basis to reduce waste and maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed after they are placed.
• Please allow up to 7 working days for production and order processing.
• Orders are typically dispatched within 7–10 working days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Timeline

• Once dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• We currently ship across India.
• Shipping is free on all orders within India.

Courier Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and other shipping providers through our logistics platform to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. AYN cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues arising from incorrect addresses or contact information provided by the customer.

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused at delivery or returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, or failure to accept the shipment will not be eligible for refunds. Any re-shipment charges incurred will be borne by the customer.
