RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
At AYN, every product is made to order specifically for our customers. For this reason, we do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection after production has begun.
Size Changes Before Dispatch
• If you need to change the size of your order, please contact us with your order number before your order has been dispatched.
• We will make every effort to accommodate the request; however, changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
• The product received has a manufacturing defect.
• The product received is damaged prior to shipment.
• An incorrect product has been delivered.
Reporting an Issue
• Customers must report any issue within 7 days of receiving their order.
• Clear photographs and/or videos showing the defect, damage, or issue must be provided for assessment.
• Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may not be approved.
Product Condition Requirements
Returned products must:
• Be unused and unworn.
• Be in their original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, washing, alterations, or any signs of use.
Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected upon inspection.
Reverse Shipping
• Approved returns require the item to be shipped back to us.
• A reverse shipping fee of ₹100–₹120 will be charged to the customer, depending on the pickup location and courier serviceability.
• Any remaining reverse logistics costs will be borne by AYN.
• Return instructions will be provided once the return request has been approved.
• AYN reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
Store Credit
• Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, customers will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned product.
• Store credit can be used for future purchases on the AYN website.
• Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Exchange Requests
• Approved exchanges will be processed only after the original item has been received and inspected by our team.
Customized Products
AYN offers customization services for customers seeking a personalized fit.
• Customers wishing to customize garment measurements, length, width, sleeve length, or other fit-related specifications must place a prepaid order first.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for customization.
• After placing the order, customers must email houseofayn@gmail.com with their order number and the required measurements.
• Our team may contact the customer for clarification before production begins.
• Customized garments are produced specifically according to customer-provided measurements and therefore are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund unless a manufacturing defect exists.

CANCELLATION POLICY
At AYN, all products are made to order and enter production shortly after an order is placed.
Order Cancellation
• Customers may request cancellation of their order within 24 hours of placing it.
• Cancellation requests received after 24 hours may not be accommodated, as production may have already commenced.
• Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Size Modifications
• Customers may request a size change before their order has been dispatched.
• While we will do our best to accommodate such requests, modifications cannot be guaranteed once production is underway.
Made-to-Order Products
As every garment is produced specifically for the customer, cancellations are not permitted once production has commenced. This policy helps us maintain efficient production processes, reduce material waste, and uphold the integrity of our made-to-order model.
